Fjord Paws Shipping Policy

 

We currently ship within Germany only.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

 

Shipping options

Standard Shipping: 5,99 EUR (Free on orders over 55 EUR), delivery in 3-5 business days

Express Shipping: 9,99 EUR, delivery in 1-2 business days

 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

 

Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times above, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues or high demand. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at hello@fjordpaws.com and we will look into it right away.
